An employee health risk assessment that shows you trends, not people.

Employees answer a short questionnaire in the app and get a private fitness score. You see how scores are spread across the workforce, never who scored what.

The problem

Without a baseline, you are planning wellness programs on guesswork. Clinical screenings are slow to run, and many employees skip them because they worry about who sees the results.

In one line

Vantage Fit asks employees a few everyday health questions in the app, gives each person a private fitness score, and gives you aggregate counts you can plan programs around.

Nine everyday health factors. No wearable, no lab test.

Employees answer what they already know about themselves and can update answers at any time. Age, height, weight, and BMI come from their health profile, so they are not asked twice.

Metabolic

Share of factors 67%

Age, BMI, waist-to-height ratio, blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes status.

Daily habits

Share of factors 22%

How often the employee smokes and drinks alcohol.

Physical activity

Share of factors 11%

How often the employee exercises.

Card 1 of 3

Optional, and editable later

No employee has to complete the assessment, and nothing in the program depends on it. Anyone who does can edit their answers as their habits change.

Results range from 0 to 100% with a status label from Critical to Excellent. The score is general wellness information, not a clinical diagnosis.

See where the workforce stands without seeing anyone's answers.

Each employee's answers and score stay in their own app. Your dashboard shows distributions, counts, and completion rates.

  • Score distributions and completion rates

See how fitness scores are spread across the organization and what share of employees have completed the assessment.

  • No individual results for admins

No admin screen, report, or export shows one person's answers, score, or status label.

  • Run a challenge for a health-risk group by count

When you create a challenge, you can select employees by health-risk band. You see how many people are in the group, not their names, and the challenge runs as private.

Scores are general wellness information and do not diagnose. Choose where your data lives: the US, Canada, the EU, the UAE, or India.

Questions about privacy and rollout

Reporting is aggregate only, stored in the data center your company chooses.

Talk to a program specialist →
A health risk assessment is a short questionnaire that scores an employee's health on everyday factors such as BMI, blood pressure, smoking, alcohol, and exercise. In Vantage Fit it returns a private fitness percentage and status label, and it feeds the aggregate view you see as an admin.
